The Replicas Trio provided background music for the JAMES BEARD FOUNDATION at The Ebell of LA. Some of the finest culinary artists gathered in one place to share their tasty talents with their prestigious guests. When Melissa Allen of The Ebell of LA called us to let us know they were hosting the James Beard Foundation Taste America, we jumped at the chance to be a part of the event. Foodies make us happy!
“Host Chef Louis Pechan welcomed James Beard Award Winner Chef Hugh Acheson (Empire State South, Atlanta) along with local chefs of renown from Animal, Republique, Broken Spanish, Viviane, Otium, Sqirl, and Alimento. The top talents created epicurean delights for nearly 250 guests, accompanied by sips from Bacardi, Paso Robles CAB Collective, J. Lohr Vineyards,Robert Mondavi Winery, Stella Artois, and Nespresso.”
