We love our variety bands, but realize they aren’t for everyone. A recent event in Santa Barbara was a fantastic example of how much of an impact a soloist can make!

For the event at Villa & Vine — a venue with crawling ivy, olive trees, and a fountain and fireplace in the heart of Santa Barbara — we provided a solo guitar and ceremony sound.

Our guitarist, Sid, serenaded with Pachelbel’s Canon in D for the Bridal Party and Family procession —  using a looping pedal to bring out the many wonderful layers of this timeless masterpiece. The Bride walked down the isle to Can’t Help Falling in Love.

During the cocktail hour that followed, Sid provided musical selections selected by the couple, including Blackbird as featured in the video below.
